Honest numbers

What could your factory actually save?

These are illustrative examples, not verified client results. Each shows the full logic and the assumptions behind it, so you can see how the financial case works before trusting any number. Model your own figures in the ROI calculator.

Illustrative

Example 1: Production downtime

A factory loses 20 production hours per month. See how the result changes when avoidable downtime is cut by 10%, 20% or 30%.

How it's calculated: Depends on recoverable capacity and contribution margin per hour. With no margin known, we value it as avoided idle-labour cost — never as invented revenue.

Illustrative

Example 2: Quality & scrap

A manufacturer spends AED 300,000/yr on scrap and rework. Model 5%, 10% and 15% reductions.

How it's calculated: 5% = AED 15,000 · 10% = AED 30,000 · 15% = AED 45,000 per year. These are scenario assumptions, not guaranteed outcomes.

Illustrative

Example 3: Factory administration

10 people each spend 5 hours/week on repetitive reporting and data entry. Recover 25%, 50% or 75% of that time.

How it's calculated: Recovered hours are valued at your labour cost and a realisation factor — recovered capacity is not automatic payroll reduction unless roles are cut.

Illustrative

Example 4: Robotic palletising

Replacing or augmenting a repetitive palletising task. Enter your real cell cost rather than a made-up robot price.

How it's calculated: Accounts for shifts, current staffing, labour cost, equipment, integration, safety, maintenance and productive availability, then shows break-even.

Illustrative

Example 5: Quality inspection

Automated inspection's effect on throughput, defect detection and rework.

How it's calculated: We do not assume machine vision eliminates all defects or human inspection — benefits are bounded by defect visibility and line speed.

Every example states it is illustrative, shows the calculation, identifies its assumptions, offers conservative and ambitious alternatives in the calculator, and explains what information would be needed to validate it. We do not publish fabricated testimonials, logos or quantified savings presented as fact.
